01. Studio Preamble
These Terms of Service govern the engagement, architectural design development, material curation, and turnkey execution services rendered by INTERIOR 11 ("the Studio," "we," or "our"). By commissioning our practice, booking a private consultation, or accessing our digital archives, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these provisions.
02. Design Retainers & Proposals
All interior architectural commissions commence with a formal Design Brief and a non-refundable initial diagnostic retainer. This retainer compensates the studio for preliminary concept modeling, spatial space-planning schematics, and structural zoning analysis.
- Formal project milestones, stage deliverables, and execution schedules are stipulated in each bespoke Project Service Agreement (PSA).
- Work commences strictly upon execution of the PSA and receipt of the mobilization deposit.
- Revisions outside the approved conceptual direction are billed at our standard studio hourly rate or quoted as a separate scope amendment.
03. Intellectual Property & Design Copyright
All sketches, 3D visualizations, architectural blueprints, bespoke joinery details, lighting calculations, and mood boards created by INTERIOR 11 remain the exclusive intellectual property and artistic copyright of the Studio.
- Upon complete settlement of all project invoices, the Client is granted a perpetual, non-transferable license to utilize the design solely for the specified property.
- Blueprints, millwork drawings, and proprietary details may not be repurposed, licensed to third parties, or replicated across different spatial coordinates without written studio authorization.
- INTERIOR 11 retains the perpetual right to document, photograph, and publish sanitized architectural imagery of the completed project for studio monograph, editorial, and awards consideration.
04. Site Surveys & Structural Feasibility
Initial spatial planning relies on existing architectural drawings provided by the Client or developer. On-site structural demolition, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) rerouting, and structural beam alterations remain subject to independent verification by licensed structural engineers and municipal building authorities.
05. Natural Material Variances
INTERIOR 11 specifies authentic, noble materials including Italian travertine, Calacatta marble, solid European white oak, hand-applied lime plaster, and patinated architectural metals.
The Client acknowledges that natural stones and organic timbers inherently feature variations in veining, fissure lines, tonal gradient, and grain structure. Such variations constitute the inherent aesthetic signature of authentic luxury materials and do not represent manufacturing defects.
06. Bespoke Joinery & Procurement
For turnkey commissions, procurement schedules for international imported finishes, lighting fixtures, and custom fluted joinery are coordinated with specialized artisan workshops. While the Studio exercises diligent oversight, lead time fluctuations stemming from international customs clearance or global logistics remain force majeure events.
07. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the cumulative liability of INTERIOR 11 for any claims arising out of architectural design services shall be capped at the total professional design fees received by the studio under the specific commission agreement.
08. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms of Service and all commissioned client engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
