The Architectural Intent

Rising high above Prabhadevi, Zenith Sky Villa features sweeping panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. Our challenge was to counterbalance the vast exterior scale with intimate, tactile interior warmth.

Structural Choreography

A cantilevered architectural stair with a solid bronze handrail links the public salon with private upper sleeping quarters. Continuous micro-fluted French oak panels conceal private storage and smart home automation control hubs.

• Millwork: Fluted natural European oak with warm sand undertones.
• Metal Accents: Brushed champagne brass and patinated dark bronze trim.
• Lighting: Custom 2700K recessed linear profiles and dynamic scene automation.
• Flooring: Seamless light grey microcement and wide-plank smoked oak floors.
